      A great place to work

      Pros

      - Great people & culture, just a lot of people that are a joy to work with. - Awesome work-life balance. - Solid, but not great, benefits and comp. - Steadily, but not massively, growing business. - Great space with lots of cool problems still worth solving.

      Cons

      - Slow moving ship, hard to get changes done outside of your individual team/silo. - Very siloed in operation, still feels and works like the original 4 companies running separately under one umbrella. - Benefits & comp are only solid, not outstanding. - No actual strategy, instead lots of "goals & visions" without a coherent plan of action to achieve them.

      Appreciate the very thoughtful comments. I especially like that you callout our people and culture which are differentiators for us. I also like your advice for management. We are in a highly competitive and changing industry but maintaining focus on the few things to drive forward is key to our success and something we know has to be a priority.       Pros

      Decent pay, WFH, People excluding leadership are great. Due to burnout and restructures growth opportunities are always available.

      Cons

      Leadership is essentially a revolving door of the newest sourced "expert" that has bright ideas that don't work, resulting in a mass restructure organizationally for "better alignment". Restructure doesn't work. Teams impacted get burnout/have to hit unrealistic goals. New leader enters the door. Start from the top.

      Thank you for the review. I appreciate your commenting on our people. I do think they are what makes this place such a great place to work. I am sorry that our leadership has not met your expectations. We are in a dynamic industry and have had massive growth so have to periodically look at what we are doing and how we are doing it but it seems we may not have communicated that effectively. If you have any suggestions, please reach out to your manager or HRBP. We are always looking to improve.
