Company culture is fantastic, good / fair pay & good benefits. Flexible work hours and good balance

Cons

Lost focus on the tech side Lots of layers, hard to move the needle Lost / Loosing ground to competition

Great Work/Life Balance and Culture

Pros

- Work/Life Balance is fantastic. Managers give you flexibility when needed and don't expect you to answer requests and messages after a normal workday. - Culture: Everyone I have met is kind and inclusive. Leaders trust their employees and encourage growth and development through candid feedback. - Compensation: My salary is reasonable for my title, years of experience, and location. I appreciate that salaries are reviewed company-wide twice per year and are benchmarked against other companies.

Cons

- Healthcare benefits: For the US, the health insurance options are scant, either just covering essentials or very expensive (which this option doesn't even cover as much as I've seen at other companies). Items like more affordable access to mental health, or family planning (like fertility treatments, IVF, adoption assistance, etc.). - Parental Leave: in the US, parental leave is minimal. Time is short compared to modern companies (especially in the tech industry) and is unpaid if you are not fortunate enough to live in an area that has paid FMLA. People shouldn't be docked pay and required to return to work too quickly because they choose to have children.

Thank you for the review. I am glad you called out our culture. It is a key driver of our success and employee engagement. Part of that is the fact that we have reasonable work/life balance and fair compensation. I am sorry you do not think our benefits or leave policy are competitive. We continually review and benchmark our offerings against other technology companies in our space and, per third parties, have shown us to be at or above competition. Having said that, we are always looking to improve our offering, including our communications about what our benefits actually support, so please pass on your thoughts during our annual benefits survey which we use to make plan enhancements.

Amazing Company with Great Culture

Pros

BeyondTrust is an amazing company to work for. You can truly be yourself and enjoy coming into work each day. It is a fast paced environment with great people! I love working here!

Cons

There is a lot to accomplish which can feel like everything is a priority. Other than that, there is not much to complain about working at BeyondTrust.
