      Great benefits package, numerous holidays, an on-going focus on culture, cultivation of a team approach to work, encouragement of both personal and professional growth and support.

      Cons

      An uneven strength in the product portfolio. Some solutions are best in class while others lag behind.

      Thank you for nice comments. I especially like that you called out our culture, teamwork, and growth. These have been key for our employee engagement as well as attraction and retention of the top talent. On the product portfolio, we recently have been rated in the top quadrant by a leading cybersecurity analyst. Having said that we know we need to continue to enhance our products to continue to meet our customer needs.

      Have a fun and creative brand.

      Cons

      If they plan to lay you off, they will claim you are 'underperforming' and put you on an unattainable PIP. This allows them to terminate you and not have to pay severance.

      I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Unfortunately, your interpretation of the facts may be incorrect. We are not doing layoffs but continue to add employees. We do have high performance standards, and I am sorry you do not approve of our performance management process. We strive to overcommunicate and support, even before the PIP, but it seems to not have been aligned with your thinking on it. I wish you well.

      They don’t live up to their values, they have no empathy for staff and hold little value in human beings. It’s all about the numbers!

      Thank you for the review. One of our core pillars that we discuss at every company call is employee experience as we know how valuable our employees are for our success. I believe we do live up to our values, and per our internal surveys, our employees do as well but seems that that there was a disconnect with you at the end with us. I am sorry for that.
