      Pros

      No BS, down-to-the-earth leadership that truly listens to their audience (e.g., employees, customers) and can be trusted in time of challenges. Flexibility comes from trust - management trusts employees' ability to get things done, therefore allows for more flexibility. A lot of opportunities internally regardless of age, gender and race.

      Cons

      Not much really. I hope there is wellness/gym benefit to encourage better lifestyle.

We are consistently measuring customer satisfaction and employee engagement as it is crucial for our success Happily, we score high in both. We continue to work on gym membership. There are some options within the medical plans of certain countries but are always looking to include more.
