Pros

Great culture, excellent benefits package, annual bonuses, good life/work balance.

Cons

I loved worked for this company, although as it grew larger and went through several mergers, one began to feel less secure in the job.

Pros

Lots! Cool products, cool industry. Kind, smart teammates who value your input and want you to succeed. There's room for people to grow and folks are encouraged to pursue learning and development, with actual resources to help. Plus, a competitive salary and solid PTO. Company kickoff was bananas — super grateful for a retreat to celebrate successes and plan for more together. Haven't been here long, but hope I am! This is genuinely the best place I've worked.

Cons

Still fresh, but I haven't experienced any cons. If I do have constructive feedback in the future, I feel psychologically safe enough to speak up.

Company kick off, where we invested in bringing together all 1500 employees from around the world, was awesome and such a great way to start a new year.
