Pros

- Fast growing business with an interesting mission and satisfaction in that the work we do really adds value to our customers. - Great culture of supporting each other, rewarding hard work and true flexibility. - Leadership are very transparent and ensure each employee feels involved in the business's success.

Cons

- Slightly limited career paths across the business, more evident in non-sales but this is fairly typical in most businesses.

Pros

This place is a dream to work for. As a member of the sales team, its a work hard play hard environment. The culture and the people make the typical stressors of work worth it all.

Cons

Really, I can't think of a negative to working for BT.
