The Management cater to a bunch of cronies. The raises are only given to a selected few of the programmers that brown nose to management. The perks are good when you belong to the chosen group. They send management to Luxurious Hawaiian vacations while laying off people during the Holidays. There are no raises to common employee. Only a selected Group of folks get refunds for Riding the Toll Road. Advise for the new Applicants, run in the opposite direction.

Strange feeling of walking on eggshells around management. You will leave feeling like you were just a number rather than a real human. It is really easy to go from "family" to nothing. Really sad to say. No growth opportunity given from management in my experience, even after asking what to do to improve. Feels misleading as a company that receives such great accolades. Medical benefits were not great and parental leave is not up to other tech companies.
