      - "CYA" culture, partially driven from broader client culture - Sink or swim environment with limited team support - Management focus is always on client (not surprisingly), so expect support to be there independent of what would otherwise be rational behavior - Limited internal growth opps and focus on employee development - Lack of caring and empathy within management
