- Very relaxed dress code - Coffee machine - Nice office in Bellevue - Some catered lunches on Fridays, and some pizza Fridays for meetings

Cons

- Way below average pay - Quick to release you from a project when the client is unhappy (understandable), but first help your employee solve the problem instead of handing them a 30 day notice - No office snacks - Non-competitive benefits - Minimal time off for those not on Microsoft projects (2 weeks), even then, still minimal (3 weeks that you accrue throughout the year)

Cons

Management specific, but would enjoy a more relaxed work from home policy. But then again, we are contractors so it is hard to justify that.
