BigCommerce has a ridiculous amount of politics. They have no qualms in throwing people off the bus in order to the climb the ladder and there has been a lot of churn because of that. The company has an attitude that everyone is replaceable even though it's been difficult for them to hire. Product development here is a joke. There are a lot of people with "ideas" but no clear direction or drive for execution.

The pay could be a little higher for the starting positions, but once you are in, there is a lot of opportunity to make more
