Pros

The work that they do for the community is outstanding. They are extremely environmentally conscience.

Cons

There is no growth. The position you are hired for will be the position you have until you leave. A lot of micro management. There is a big disconnect from the "back" employees and the corporate employees. It reminds you of high school you have the "cool kids" which have privy to do as they please and then there is everyone else

Easy Job, great coworkers, 4 day work week. Outstanding employee safety record. You will not get hurt at work.

Cons

Very bad work-life balance, no opportunity for advancement. Company determines your time off for vacation. Head management is completely out of touch with the workforce.
