Good Pay but rough culture

Pros

Good base pay, easy product to grasp, great director and CSO to work for, unfortunately they're not on the board of directors, or it would be a much better company.

Cons

CEO and CPO feel like they're driving things into the ground. The other sales people are very nice to work with, as is the back office, but the product team took too long to innovate, and the CEO too long to accept our pricing was too high, and are now paying the consequences of that.
