- wonderful CS and sales teams - product team trying, but hamstrung - some smart people remaining elsewhere in the company who care

Cons

- can't figure out whether it's a hardware reseller or a software company - lots of half-finished infra upgrades - no architectural vision - would not do well on the Joel test, even in 2022
