- Family like atmosphere, even the director gets to know you - Very accommodating to your needs/wants - Free deserts/treats from shows - Hands on enviroment

Cons

- Staying late after hours to meet deadlines - Pay could be better - Not a lot of room for growth

Flexible schedule, passionate staff, good work/personal life balance

Cons

Lack of support at times, staff uses own money, gas, etc. and must wait for reimbursement, accounting dept. hounds staff about every changing policies, high turnover, little room for growth
