Pros

Great staff to work with!

Cons

None! Do wish pay rate would increase to off-set rising costs of local rents!

Pros

Contributing your education, experience, and giving of your inner person to help young, traumatized, at risk, and homeless ones to turn their life around is an immense benefit. They are willing to work around your personal life. They have afforded me the flexibility, creativity, and freedom to reach youth in diverse ways and to grow as an individual professionally.

Cons

Burn out if you don't self care. Feeling the burnout of other coworkers. A lot of numbers to do, to meet, hard balance of work and paperwork.
