Pros

Employees that are truly dedicated to helping youth and families succeed. Great benefits - medical, dental, retirement. Wellness program for staff. Responsive HR department. Programs that evolve to meet the changing needs of the youth we serve.

Cons

Offices spread throughout Santa Clara County so sometimes difficult to build camaraderie with co-workers. Sometimes the hours are long, but that's true for most jobs!

free food, good coworkers, flexible shifts

Cons

no support from management, not enough pay, supervisor gas lights you, stressful.. this place is ran as a business that benefits off of vulnerable youth and families. All they care about is keeping the numbers up and the beds occupied even though their staff is burnt out
