Pros

There are no pros. This place sucks.

Cons

Employees are fleeing the sinking ship, which results in positions that aren't filled, which results in poor patient care and disgruntled/overwhelmed staff. Wages are stagnant and sub-par. Company won't invest in their staff and have stopped matching employee retirement contributions. Oh, but they won't tell you this in the interview or orientation. They also won't tell you about the PTO accrual, which is the worst I've ever seen at ~ 3 hours per pay period. "Oh but we offer floating holidays" which are so are heavily regulated, you won't be able to take them and you aren't paid for them. Need a sick day? You're SOL. Leadership operates via finger-pointing and cliques. If you aren't part of the clique, you're going to have a bad time.

Pros

Specializes in psychological torture to induce learned helplessness. Every year new clinicians are regularly tortured till they are forced to resign, or get themselves physically and emotionally sick. Heavily dependent on non-doctors to provide bogus reviews on the clinicians. Fear and backstabbing trickles from the top down; because of desire to please those above, admins regularly try to frame clinicans. Bipolar personalities are rampant among the admins that form fixed, immutable views, and engage in favoritism.

Cons

Fresh new graduates with zero experience and mediocre background are regularly appointed to top leadership positions so admins can do whatever they want. Favoritism is the name of the game here, so if you manage to get on the good side, you will be able to get away fine with anything.

Pros

Wonderful sense of community here with lots of employee resources and family-friendly activities outside of work. The doctors are great but the nurses are pretty clueless, so I have no idea how quality happens yet somehow it appears to?

Cons

Parking and the low-quality yet outrageously-priced food in their cafe and cafeteria are both utterly terrible. We have over 120 employees in my department alone (the main hospital lab) and only 48 parking spots within a 5-minute walk of the building. The hospital next door to us has a huge parking garage structure, yet somehow despite decades of employee requests, the management still won't build one for us here. It's very frustrating to finish a 14-hour shift at 6am only to find my car has received a ticket from hospital security for taking up a patient-only space in an empty lot for a department that closed before my shift even started. Thoroughly ridiculous.
