Pros

Laid back, smaller hospital, so easy to get to know everyone.

Cons

Management doesn't listen to staff. CSTs aren't really trusted to do much beyond set up the field. Tenured employees are lazy and stuck in their ways, and call in constantly when they aren't sick and get away with it. Too much call. Not enough staff. A very negative environment.

Pros

Co workers are nice and environment is upbeat

Cons

do not expect to settle in and feel welcome if you are of different national origin/race. You will be hired to meet statistical standards but thats all. Terrible Treatment and discouraged to resign after that.

If you come in with the right experience you can get more than $12 an hour.

Cons

Still doesn't pay enough for a single adult's cost of living
