      Pros

      Has a ton of growth potential, lots of talented people, and some really cool tech including AI being developed. Very thankful to be here at this time and be part of my team.

      Cons

      Going through a transition from a purely growth driven company to more of a growth and profit focused company. This means operational controls are continuing to be increased. As we learn how to do this, there will be a few unnecessary obstacles in processes that we will have to figure out. Also, I still think we are learning how to keep our culture while increasing accountability.

      Sharp sales team that continues to win with great customer relationships

      Cons

      In three years I had 9 different managers. Executive leadership keeps changing. Constant changes in leadership led to a lack of strategy and innovation. Great people keep leaving voluntarily or otherwise.
