Pros

Some really talented AR pros who have stayed the course.

Cons

Let the facts speak for themselves: In the last 12 months, no less than four members of the Exec leadership team have exited the business; Either voluntarily or were walked out. By in large, this was the 'new' exec team put in place post EQT acquisition. Chief Marketing Officer: Gone. Chief Product Officer: Gone. Chief Commercial Officer: Gone. Chief Customer Officer: Gone. Many more staff from 'Senior Leadership Team' have either walked out or were dismissed. People with 8+ years there, not happy with the direction or leadership, moved on to other opportunities. The company has decided that the 'rule of 40' trumps all else in the pursuit of increasing revenue and aggressively reducing costs. This means several waves of reductions, even when profitable. The company would have a policy not to pay its vendors in a timely manner and systems were constantly being turned off as a result. (The irony of 'Billtrust').

Pros

Since I've joined Billtrust, through the recruiting experience to now it's been nothing but positivity, engagement and teamwork. I truly have felt welcomed throughout being here and feel the culture fit. Billtrust has some really smart and respectful employees . There is opportunity to do quality work. I've noticed that there's intention to care about employee's well being. I'm truly impressed with the team here and feel very fortunate to be a part of it.

Cons

Teams appear to be on the smaller side which results in more workload. Would love to see more diversity at the top of the organization.

Pros

Work from home, some good people

Cons

New management dreaming big with no real plan. Setting goals of being a company spoken in the same sentence as Saleforce but instead of focusing on growth and improvements everything is cost cutting, eliminations and shipping jobs overseas. Leadership says one thing and does another. Tons of legacy knowledge being lost, employees left behind are tasked with picking up the pieces and being overworked and not set up for success. Increases are minimal even for top performers, bonuses based on targets that are unachievable. After saying no more layoffs expected company eliminated numerous more roles with no preparation for handoffs or plan. Once a great company with focus on people, product and quality is sadly no more
