      This has been a great place for me to work for the last 14 yrs and I hope to be here many more. Billtrust has given me the opportunity to grow professionally and the support to make sure that I succeed. I could not imagine a better place to work or a better team to grow with.

      Pros

      Billtrust has a very rewarding and caring culture. A lot of companies talk about having a great culture but Billtrust truly lives it out. You get the disciplined freedom to have a work life balance but also get the support you need. The compensation is also very solid.

      Pros

      I used to work at a much larger company and have been very impressed since I have joined. My colleagues are great, very talented and eager to help and deliver results. Management is very accessible and I can talk to anyone including the CEO. Upper management does a good job of letting us know where we stand and why we are making the changes that we are which by the way were absolutely needed.

      Cons

      My one complaint is that benefits are decent but not great. That's the one thing I miss from my previous company.
