      Pros

      I work in the best team I have ever been in. My manager is supportive, listens and cares. The company is serious about making sure that the employees are treated well and are taken care of. The new leadership is world class and is focused on taking the company to new heights. I am very optimistic.

      Cons

      I am not a fan of being fully remote but it is what it is. Thank you Covid!

      Pros

      Work from anywhere and open PTO. Large technological stack enables cross selling as well as large net new opportunities. Products solve evolving changes to A/R landscape with automation. Management does not micro manage and listens. Teams work together better than any previous job I have held. Over all very positive experience.

      Cons

      Lack of equity is a significant negative. Ownership on certain items can bounce around teams. Growth predictions are a stretch.
