      Pros

      Working here I got to interact with lots of intelligent and kind people. Learned a lot, got to solve some interesting problems and made some friends along the way.

      Cons

      Seems like there were more generals than soldiers. Additionally, we experienced frequent department shakeups, reorganization and moving of resources at a moments notice to and from different teams / bosses / initiatives.

      Pros

      Billtrust really values their employees. They have unlimited PTO, family first values, a mentorship program to advance your development, open and honest culture. I've never felt more valued at a company before. Everyone who works here is super smart and open to help you, regardless of how busy they are. Billtrust also has Trivia Thursdays which takes 10 minutes and is a great way to decompress, they have Employee Resource Groups focused around D&I, and multiple ways to validate and celebrate employees (Kazoo, awards, etc.) Best decision I ever made to move to Billtrust.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to do - which is a good thing! - but sometimes the workload feels unmanageable.

      Pros

      It's been my experience that the leadership team at Billtrust genuinely cares about employee opinions and works to improve the organization. The product is quality which always improves sales and customer outcomes. Benefits and pay are very competitive.

      Cons

      Not many cons. This is a very solid company to work for. Some products in the suite of offerings could receive more support.
