Pros

The people at Billtrust are top tier, this is the first organization I've worked at were everyone truly is a team player and wants to see each other succeed. Strong engineering leadership setting clear direction and executing well.

Cons

Internal communication can be challenging and disjointed at times, but the company continues to make adjustments to improve this

Very transparent company, we know what we need to do. Supportive co-workers. Lot of focus on learning and growth. Plenty of opportunities to do if you are looking.

Cons

Stress is high in terms of deadlines but manageable.
