Not a tech company at all. The management team sucks. Seems they have documentation on projects but it doesn't help a lot because the projects still got delayed seriously. No clear roadmap and KPI. CEO expects you to work at least 10 hours per day but no return. The team is from all over the world which makes team communication really tough.
