Looks cool on first sight

Cons

The CEO is lack of respecting employees and clients. Employees work over avg. 10 hours a day, the core tech team has only 4-5 people. That's why they outsource a lot of their client's project to freelancers. Their CEO & sales usually over-promise to their clients, eventually standard of the deliverables are really low, if only they can deliver to the client. Most of the projects are missing deadline and full of client complains. The POS product itself is literally a patch work, without a proper design roadmap. Developers can only work with microscope without seeing the product vision. Also, as an employee feel so much chaos and messes with the leadership of the company management.

1. Fast growing career ladder because people keeps leaving. 2. A lot of career opportunity as there's some project that's overcommitted with corporate clients. 3. Good colleagues in general.

Cons

1. Buggy software that causes extensive support effort 2. Visionary product roadmap but lack of planning and execution 3. You will be expected to answer calls and work 24/7. 4. Benefit is non-existent Please refer to older reviews before you join this company. Company with same management team and CEO that pays effort to make their rating look better in Glassdoor to hide something is extremely dishonest.
