Boss is a good salesperson and got big clients. Workaholic boss and the pace of working environment is super fast. Boos has good vision

Disastrous management, unrealistic expectation in terms of working hour, always blame the staff first when things happen while the colleagues are fixing the problems. A boss that doesn't worth spending the time to work for or to follow.
