Messy startup without a vision

Pros

The team is great. Hardworking and willing to stretch far beyond their capabilities.

Cons

There's no structure. Ongoing projects get pushed aside randomly. The features aren't ready. Management expects everyone to be at his beck and call, and the CEO gets angry when he realizes that he has hired real human beings, not robots.

Bad management and leadership of CEO. He does not know how to respect employees and customers. Also, he didn't have the courage to admit his own mistake and weakness but to blame others.
