      Generally an Ethical place to work. Clean environment Air-conditioning Challenging work Many project to accomplish Autonomy

      Cons

      High degree of Management confusion and CYA Hot head managers. Dictatorial leadership style has come into vogue. At times worker moral can be very low.

      Pros

      Well intentioned people, pleasant office environment.

      Cons

      Decisions made by few have resulted in micro managing, do nothing culture where there is little initiative or out of the box thinking. To get into this decision club you must be with the company for a very long time.

      Pros

      Very stable job and people stay for very long times within the company. There are some great people and the campus is a nice place, right on the water.

      Cons

      The products are not cutting edge and in general the people don't seem very motivated or happy. The culture is very stingy and salaries barely keep up with inflation.
