      Pros

      Good work-family balance. Decent place to start your career but then you will bump against the glass ceiling where top management wants no change.

      Cons

      Top executives have never worked anywhere else and they aren't moving. But man are their salaries increasing even though sales is not. Lacking direction right now.

      Good working environment, but not technology oriented.

      Cons

      Not competitive salary. Management does not understand technology, also even if it is for the goodness of Company they try not to do anything so that their job will be safe.

      Pros

      Excellent location. Beautiful view of the bay. Good amount of PTO offered.

      Cons

      HR is super cheap. They will nickle and dime you when it comes to raises and promotions. It is extremely difficult to grow within the company mainly b/c of HR. Even if your manager and your manager's manager agree to give u a raise or a promo, HR can deny you a raise b/c they are cheap. Salary is 15-20% lower than other companies in the bay. At BR there are more Talkers than Doers. People who do the actual work are not as appreciated as people who do the talking. There is no loyalty to people who have been working for more than 10 plus years.
