Well, thank you for taking time to submit a review. Not receiving a bonus can be difficult, especially if it was promised or just expected. Bonuses here at Bio-Rad are paid on team and overall company performance, so you must have been in a part of the company that had a challenging year. Advice: if you were actually "promised" a bonus, check in immediately with your HR business partner. If you felt that your team deserved a bonus based on its performance, please check in with your manager as to why that didn't happen--it's all clearly documented and really straightforward. Nice looking office with multiple locations.

Cons

Engaged in deceptive hiring practices with me by lying about type of work I'd be doing, the environment I'd be working in, and the technology I'd be working with. I've been essentially saddled with 15+ years of technical debt after they laid off the entire office responsible for ALL software development of a number of products with the expectation that I as a single developer would simply "handle it".
