This may seem small, but the managers here actually do what they say they’re going to do. At other companies I’ve worked for, managers would make all sorts of grandiose promises and assurances and then nothing would come of them. It made me feel really defeated and let down. But here you can trust what a manager tells you and know that it’s the truth.

Cons

I haven’t noticed anything so far. The past two years have been great and I would say that’s all due to the way managers handle their business.
