Pros

The training is excellent. It thoroughly prepares you for the rigors of the job and everything you can expect. Once you start, there isn’t a person at the company who wouldn’t do everything they can to help you and offer their support. It’s a great environment and one I look forward to continue working in for years to come.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities to get promoted. Positions aren’t always open, so if one does open up… put your name in the hat. Even if you don’t feel 100% ready, just trust me, it’s worth taking the chance.
