      Pros

      Most people are friendly and helpful regardless of departments boundaries.

      Cons

      HR and upper management are very unorganized when it comes to pay, OT, and special offers. Also, the parking lot is a jock. You have to park 15 minutes far away from the main lab building. You don't have enough time to do small errands.
