Pros

The last two years have thrown everyone for a loop, but the leadership team at BR Labs has handled it better than I could ever have imagined. They’ve led us through the storm and into the safe harbor of the company’s bright future. If I had any complaints about their management style before, I don’t anymore.

Cons

Just the same cons everyone has had about the last two years: stress, uncertainty, anxiety, worry. All related to COVID, but they affect employee morale and seep into your work life too unfortunately, especially working in this industry. Job security has been there, but expectationis were much higher.

Pros

Bio-Reference Labs is innovative, bold and out to have a real impact on the industry and the world. I've been in the medical industry for a while and I've never seen a research center more committed to improving the quality of people’s lives and focusing so concretely on a single purpose. It’s inspiring and, if nothing else, it makes me want to work here for the rest of my life.

Cons

Things are always changing. You have to be able to keep up.
