Pros

Great staff and management, work culture is tight-knit and collaboration is cohesive. Everyone really pushes you to be your best and achieve the most you can. Management encourages you to take risks so that you can grow personally and professionally. Overall, the company helps you achieve a lot and work towards becoming the most intelligent, competent version of yourself.

Cons

While thorough, the training workload can be a little intense at times. Else is okay.

Pros

The employees at this company are kind, hard-working people. The work culture is vibrant, and made otherwise tedious work feel enjoyable. I would recommend this company if you are someone who cares about their work environment and is passionate about the company mission. Otherwise, it might not be a good fit because the hours are long and the industry draws in a unique set of people (even if they are kind and helpful).

Cons

The work is occasionally tedious (what customer service job isn’t?), and if I had been more passionate about the industry and the company’s mission I probably would have stayed.
