Great Job for Recent Grads

Pros

I was hired right out of college. I was interested in working in the medical research field, but wasn’t sure how to get my foot in the door. Bio-Reference Labs hired me with almost no experience and gave me all the training I needed to really establish a career for myself. Even if I don’t end up staying here for the long-term, I have no doubt the experience I’ve gained will open a lot of doors for me in this industry.

Cons

You occasionally have to work holidays, which isn’t great.

Pros

If you demonstrate that you’re a capable and willing worker, you can go far at Bio-Reference Labs. It’s got plenty of professional development opportunities. If I had to rank the last three companies I worked for in a list, Bio-Reference Labs would rank at the top hands down.

Cons

It’s not perfect, but I think it’s a company worth experiencing for yourself so you can make up your own mind about it.
