Pros

Flexible work hours, friendly co workers for the most part

Cons

The management is horrible. The turnover for employees is crazy. The sad part is that the HR department could careless because the director saves them tons of money. It appears that she has things under control when in all actuality she doesn't. She also picks on people who she knows aren't going to defend themselves. I use to love coming to work everyday now I have to pry myself out of bed to come to work for someone who doesn't appreciate your hard work.
