Pros

Some nice co workers

Cons

Unprofessional Management in Revenue Cycle Department...Not All ..But One Very Unprofessional Manager. Favoritism, Racism, Refers To Employees As "Workers", Not Knowledgeable about the software system, constantly "passes the buck", Talks Down To Employees & Discusses Their Personal Business With Everyone, No Room For Growth, Dishonest & Unorganized! Very Cut Throat

Pros

Decent salary and benefits. The company used to be a place to thrive as a sales rep. Recent changes to top company execs have made the work environment intolerable.

Cons

Recent acquisition did not uphold standards the company was built upon.

Pros

Salesforce product training was intense, but effective. This might be the only pro that I have.

Cons

As a sales rep, prior to being sent out to work in your designated territory, all reps are trained as though we're contracted with all insurances. Once entering the field, you'll soon find out that you are not contracted and it's a very tough sell. You're told to inform potential clients (physicians) that patients wil never pay out of pocket and if the patient receives a bill, have them contact you directly. This puts you in the awkward position to constantly deal with not only your clients, but also multiple patients on a daily basis who are tupically irate about a large bill and whom also complain to you client physician. I was instructed to email copy of bill to sales support, stating "please resolve," which really meant, please write off debt. I was also instructed to never to use the language, "please write off debt." This is illegal, BioReference is being investigated for insurance fraud amongst other issues that I cannot speak to from personal experience.
