Pros

Gaining valuable experience and apply to other companies.

Cons

Special coag dept. Everything. A lot of micromanagement and workload. The tech are stress out everyday. They want you to finish within a 8 hour shift. But it's impossible and understaffed. High turnover rate of staff. Weekly inventory and the machine breaks down which delays your work. Weekly staff meeting. I don't understand how any tech would stay there at 1-6 years. Supervisors are stress and will keep interruipting you for pending. Loads of pending to do everyday. Only one shift
