Pros

I worked at bioreference for a little over a year and I can truly say I have enjoyed my time here, great group of people, manager and work and life balance

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say about the company besides the pay

Pros

No ASCP Certification required. Good introduction to laboratory field. Provides you with valuable knowledge and skills in high-quality machine operation.

Cons

Large pharmaceutical company that acts like a family-owned business. An overall lack of company-wide communication results in company-wide lack of organization. Very little effort is put into supporting employees.
