Company has a great potential for growth with the hiring of all the talented new professional employees. I see good possibility of upward mobility for a good worker.

Cons

It would be nice to have paper towels in the bathrooms instead of blowers.

Great benefits also everyone in the lab is very friendly. Everyone has their own groups and we treat each other’s like family.

Cons

Pay rate is low for the amount of responsibility you take in. No room for growth within the company. They prefer to hire outsider instead one of their owns.
