This was my first experience in the wet lab, and I did have the opportunity to learn a lot in the lab I worked in. I'm not sure if every area of the lab has that much flexability.

Cons

BioReference has a small turn over rate, with limited ability for growth. I enjoyed the work environment and the people I worked with.

Great benefits were decent. Flexible hours.

Cons

Management very discriminative. Favoritism among relatives and friends, not how a corporate environment should be ran. Management needs to change.
