Definite lack of communication from management all the way down to the phlebs, overhearing management bragging about their termination rates, managers having relations with their employees. No semblance of training, employee retention or loyalty to employees. Too much nepotism and favoritism. And evidently they don't care for rules and regulations (see Connecticut violations).

work schedule not great; most employee are wanna be boss, under appreciated. Not a place to make a career
