Upper management was very friendly and available to speak with you. The atmosphere was very relaxed as well.

Cons

The parking was awful, raises were almost non-existent. If the average was 3% your colleague had to get 2% for you to get 4%. IT Management was never present and commonly played favorites which then allowed for them to slide by while others being blacklisted from their 'inner circle'.
