Management has noticeable favoritism OverWorked and underpaid unless you are one of the chosen few. A lot of backstabbing. Those they say are your friends are not!

Work independently. Dr office hours. Weekends off. You may get put in a great Dr office that treats you really well (also may not..)

Cons

With the change of new supervison on the Arizona territory came lack of many things. The biggest issue as I left was communication. It nearly impossible to get ahold of your direct supervisor but you will get yelled at if you go to anyone else besides her for anything. Often times emails, texts calls would go unanswered. Not for hour or days, but flat out unanswered despite the severity of the situation. No "team" aspect to the company. No raises company wide in 2018. Getting spoke to rudely by higher up. Never seeing supervisor. Never enough coverage for PTO, sick days etc.
