      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Run by a short sighted VP who had specimen processors backdating covid tests at the height of the pandemic so the system wouldn't flag them. These specimen were so old that some had grown mold inside. Unsafe, draconian working conditions. Supervisors cared more about employees wearing headphones than proper PPE. Unhinged supervisors who bully workers, get people u justly fired, or make the workplace so uncomfortable that they quit. Racist, homophonic, and transphobic supervisors harass LGBTQ+ employees.

      Pros

      The customer side of bioref was great, and lots of people working for the lab were capable and pleasant to work with. Benefits were solid. The company felt closely-knit, especially early on.

      Cons

      The head office was very disorganized during my time there though. Evaluations were haphazard, metrics for success were not clearly defined, and a certain degree of favoritism was clear.
