Pros

Healthcare benefits, 401k, and PTO. Colleagues become family and working within a team is the only great thing I’ll miss. It was a great pleasure to have worked with some true genuine souls at Bioreference.

Cons

Management doesn’t do quarterly reviews non the less a review at all. Never was there an incentive to better or a wage increase. Due to the lack of management departments are being outsourced left and right.

Pros

You don't have to deal with patients, customers, clients.

Cons

- You work with biohazards yet Bio-Reference does below the minimum for a clean, hazard-free working environment. Low stock on gloves, paper towels, hand soap, and the floors have NEVER been cleaned since I started this position a few months ago. - Negative reinforcement from upper management (specifically from Lillian who's the director of supervisors) - Workers easily dispensable
