Revolving Door of employees coming and going

Pros

There are very few pros to working at this company if you’re not upper management. Some of the people you work with are cool and honest people. There’s PTO, but you’re questioned whenever you use it. Sometimes you get little parties in your department at least.

Cons

Upper and middle management does not care about the well-being of their employees. You are overworked, thrown more and more tasks without warning. Pay is HORRIBLE, and raises are practically non-existant. Only way you’ll move up is if your superior gets fired and you have to take over their workload. They are constantly letting go of employees. The company doesn’t seem to be doing very well. They keep trying to cut corners everywhere they can to the point where everyone is overworked and extremely underpaid. Morale is at an all time low and it is like a revolving door of people coming and going. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CURRENT JOB FOR THIS COMPANY.
