This job has been such an incredible experience! They pay you well no matter what your experience level is and they’re willing to take a chance on people with less experience if they see potential in you. The company is highly esteemed and you can tell how successful they are from the quality of the equipment and supplies. Their laboratories are incredible and everyone is working on different cutting-edge advancements in their respectable fields. Learning about these different subjects has been eye-opening and given me a new perspective on what I want out of my career. Most of all, my coworkers and management team are all very kind. Every person is given all the tools and support they need to succeed and everyone’s contributions are valued. Intelligent and diligent workers don’t wait around for years to get promoted here.
